(1) Vendor needs to provide general contractor and construction manager services to the government authority located in Washington.– Provide a make–ready space for the installation of an MRI unit and programming upgrades for the existing outpatient imaging program.– Developing and implementing complex construction phasing activities that will be required for working within an operating medical facility immediately adjacent to an operating MRI unit.– Need to address infection control, interim life safety measures, noise constraints, and complex site logistic requirements.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026.
