Vendor needs to provide senior climate finance advisor services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• Provide dedicated climate finance advisory support to the water sector from 24 August to 30 December 2026, building on the technical products, coordination processes and partner engagement already advanced by the Climate Action Advisor.• To support the development of high–quality climate finance proposals for priority water sector initiatives in Mozambique, while strengthening institutional capacity and ensuring that proposals are aligned with national climate and development priorities, the outputs already developed under the water–sector climate action support process, and the requirements of international and regional climate finance providers.• Development of Climate Finance Proposals for Water Sector Initiatives• Capacity Building in Climate Finance for Water Sector Stakeholders • Alignment of Financial Proposals with National and International Frameworks• Identification and Engagement with Potential Climate Finance Sources
