CR-1705 - USA (Portland, Oregon) - Court Reporting and Deposition Services - Deadline September 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporting and deposition services to the government authority located in Portland, OR. – Reporting Services:• Contractor shall be paid hourly for reporting services at the rate set forth on quote form. – Real–Time Reporting Services:• Contractor shall be paid an additional hourly fee for real–time reporting.– Interpreter Services:• Contractor has access to scheduling interpreter services; contractor may be requested to schedule interpreter for time of reporting.– Transcription Services.– Videography.– Contractor shall record and transcribe proceedings.– Transcript shall contain no less than 54 characters per line.– Computer hardware and software capable of transmitting real–time data.– Provide a color photographic image of the deponent with the transcript, unless the deponent affirmatively declines to be photographed.– Printed photograph of deponent is to be included on the cover of the deposition transcript.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
