(1) Vendor needs to provide express lanes on–call legal support services to the government authority located in San Bernardino, CA.– On–call legal support to assist with the specialized needs of the express lanes program– These legal services will provide support across a broad range of legal, regulatory, and operational subject areas– Serve as Express Lanes Legal Counsel and may be requested to provide guidance, representation, and strategic advisory services on an as–needed basis.– Scope of services includes but is not limited to the following areas:• Litigation and Claims• Regulatory Compliance• Governmental Law and Agreements• Operational Support and Enforcement• Procurement and Contracting Support• Privacy and Communications• Insurance• Specialized Enforcement and Operational Technology(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for six years.
