(1) Vendor needs to provide stop loss insurance service to the government authority located in Austin, TX. • Delivers high–quality, cost–effective stop loss coverage that protects the System’s self–funded medical/Rx plan and provides financial risk mitigation.• Conducts a thorough evaluation of current stop loss insurance arrangements against new and enhanced stop loss coverage options in the marketplace.• Partner with vendor capable of delivering superior claims management, risk management services, and ongoing support to both the System and its benefits administration team.• Identify the primary contact(s) concerning billing, claims resolution, and service–related inquiries specific to stop loss coverage.• Stop Loss related reporting: Including but not limited to claims experience, financial exposure, and risk mitigation analytics(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 3, 2026.
