HR-9005 - USA (Cole, Missouri) - Program Executive Recruitment Services - Deadline June 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide program executive recruitment services to the government authority located in Cole, MO.• The contractor’s recruitment services shall include development of the position description and announcement, recruitment of candidates, identification of semifinalists, organizing interviews of semifinalists and finalists, and general assistance of the selection• Lead Recruiter: 1) The contractor’s lead recruiter must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in sourcing, vetting, and placing executive–level personnel (e.g., CIO, CTO, Program Executive, Enterprise Architect) within large–scale public sector IT modernization programs ($50M+ total contract value).  Additionally, the contractor’s lead recruiter must have:• Three (3) years of experience conducting national searches and recruitments; and• Three (3) years of experience developing interview questions and preparing the search committee for candidate interviews• The contractor shall understand and agree that the state agency reserves the right to request any of the contractor’s personnel assigned to provide the services be removed without just cause.  • The contractor shall advise the search committee on the sourcing strategy and candidate competency matrix that will be employed to recruit the candidates and select semifinalists.• The contractor shall make all travel arrangements necessary for the finalists to attend the interview, in accordance with instructions and guidelines provided by the state agency(2) The contract period will be for one year.
