(1) Vendor needs to provide professional operational technology (OT) cyber security consulting services to the government authority located in New York.– OT cybersecurity services to support the agency’s efforts to identify vulnerabilities, improve response and recovery capabilities, strengthen internal OT security knowledge, and evaluate program effectiveness– Deliverables: – Penetration Testing of OT Infrastructure– Building and Enabling Internal Penetration Testing Team– OT Program Review and Consultation – Table–top Exercises and Education – OT Cybersecurity Threat/Risk Assessments(2) A virtual pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
