(1) Vendor needs to provide flexible spending accounts administrative services. – Provide administrative services for its Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), including healthcare flexible spending accounts and dependent care assistance plans.– Plan administration and claim adjudication that are compliant with all federal laws and regulations, including HIPAA and the Affordable Care Act, expressly.– Plastic debit card preparation, printing, and mailing.– Management reporting.– Online access for the district to view enrollment, membership, and balance status.– Preparation of flex spending.– Toll–free member service and claim service telephone support must be available for plan participants.– FSA claims administration, participant customer service, account management, debit cards, reporting, and regulatory compliance.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
