(1) Vendor needs to provide managed IT consulting services to the government authority located in Inverness, IL. • Manage and provide IT support functions including installing and troubleshooting office desktops (PC’s), laptops, tablets, Mobile Data Terminals (MDTs), printers and other office hardware and software.• Provide on–site services at a minimum of eight (8) hours per month and 24/7/365 on call technical support.• Maintain the security and functionality of network systems including associated Wi–Fi networks (including regular software patching and updates, e.g., monthly)• Ensure data integrity and network access and preserve assets through performing regular disaster recovery and back–up procedures.• Proactively monitor and manage network, server, endpoint, and cloud systems to prevent outages, security incidents, and unauthorized access.• Maintain the Village's cloud–based email environment, including user account administration, spam filtering, phishing protection, and email security controls.• Manage user identities and access controls, including MFA, password policies, account provisioning/deprovisioning, and privileged access management.• Ability to respond to Village Administration Department support requests• Support compliance with applicable cybersecurity requirements, including CJIS Security Policy standards, security awareness training, auditing, and incident reporting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026/(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Optional pre–bid meeting will be held on August 21, 2026
