Cleaning Out and Plugging Twenty-Three (23) Orphan Gas Wells Mahoning and Redbank Townships, Armstrong County Porter and Redbank Townships, Clarion County Estimated Amount: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 Term: 365 calendar days Bid Bond Required Principal Items of Work and Approximate Quantities: Clean out and plug twenty-three (23) orphan gas wells, estimated to be 1,000-3,600 feet in depth, to Department specifications. Prepare and restore well sites/site. Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment. MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on: October 7, 2026, and October 8, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Department representatives will meet contractors at: Gumtown Memorial Park 240 Water Street New Bethlehem, PA 16242 FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
