EXTRA-74208 - USA (Caddo Parish, Louisiana) - Regional Airport Parking Management Services - Deadline September 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide regional airport parking management services to the government authority located in Caddo Parish, LA.– Realize the maximum net annual operating revenue using industry leading revenue control and expense management procedures;– To ensure the most efficient management, staffing, equipment and procedures are utilized in the daily operations of the public parking facility.– To provide a first–class level of customer service that will further the efforts of The Authority in maintaining and attracting airport customers;– The Operator shall be required to operate/manage the parking areas 24 hours per day, seven days per week (including weekends and holidays), with sufficient personnel to ensure an effective, efficient, courteous, and convenient parking operation for visitors and users of the airport.– The new technology and equipment should include the following or similar:– Multiple pay stations– Lighted barrier arms– Digital traffic control signage– Pay–by–app and/or pay–by plate payment options to prevent queueing– Customer online reservation functionality– Text to pay options(2) A non– mandatory pre–proposal meeting conference will be held August 20, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
