TRANSLATION-8258 - USA (Colorado) - Sign Language Interpreting Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide sign language interpreting services. – Provide sign language interpreter services for students, staff, and families who are deaf or hard of hearing who use American Sign Language (ASL) or other visual communication systems.– Providing both consecutive and simultaneous sign language interpretation services on an as–needed basis for various formats.– Services will be required across multiple educational settings and events throughout the school year.– Provide safe and dependable materials and services while demonstrating financial responsibility to the community.– Virtual interpretation via telephone or video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).– Emergency or unscheduled interpretation requests with the ability to mobilize on short notice.– General education and special education classrooms.– Related service sessions (e.g., speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, etc.).– In–person interpretation at school meetings (e.g., IEP meetings, parent–teacher conferences, etc.).– Field trips and extracurricular activities.– School–wide assemblies and events.– Community Events (District Graduation ceremonies and District Community meetings).– Staff professional development meetings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
