(1) Vendor needs to provide avaya products services to the government authority located in WA.–  Provides telecommunications, computing, and digital government services to more than 300 agency agencies, boards and commissions, local governments, tribal organizations.– Operates a secure, statewide standards–based telecommunications network providing reliable, economical voice, data and video communications.– 16 Communications Manager with over 30,000 stations connected on an enterprise class network.– System and session manager and session border controllers with SIP connections between switches, devices and networks.– 30,000 + station licenses.– 16,000 + messaging voice mail licenses.– 2500 + call centre agents that use direct connections and IP agents.– 1 Avaya call management systems (CMS) connected to multiple communication manager.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026.
