(1) Vendor needs to provide civilian job classification and compensation study service to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO. • Conduct a job analysis of each civilian position using position description questionnaires completed by employees and reviewed by supervisors, supplemented by individual or group interviews and on–site job audits as necessary to document the duties actually performed.• Develop a recommended civilian classification plan, including class specifications, class titles, and class series or job families, using a documented job evaluation methodology that establishes internal equity among civilian positions.• Identify and recommend solutions for salary compression, for employees paid above or below their recommended range, and for any internal equity adjustments required by the recommended structure.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
