(1) Vendor needs to provide economic growth and prosperity consulting services to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM. – Provide strategic economic development services that support business attraction, retention and expansion, workforce development, site readiness, regional competitiveness, and measurable community benefit.– Business attraction and site selection:– Maintain and promote a current county–specific inventory of available sites and buildings, including ownership or contact information when available, utility and infrastructure readiness, zooming or land–use considerations, and mega site and industrial park readiness data.– Business retention and expansion:– Identify business retention and expansion opportunities and coordinate connections to appropriate County, State, regional, and other resources, including incentives, funding, or other assistance without prior written agency authorization.– Workforce and talent development:– Provide current labor market, occupation, wage, workforce availability, and related economic data relevant to agency geography and targeted industries to support county and employer decision–making.– Infrastructure and site readiness coordination:– Provide recommendations and status updates regarding utilities, transportation, broadband, entitlement, and other site–readiness considerations, as applicable.– Competitiveness, marketing, and quality of place:– Data, sites, targeted industries, and community assets in appropriate regional marketing materials, prospect responses, delegations, trade shows, and business recruitment activities.– Stakeholder engagement, transparency, and reporting:– Provide regular, accurate reporting on project activity, outcomes, and performance measures while protecting confidential business information to the extent permitted by applicable law.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 04, 2026.
