This service will be funded using federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant monies. ARPA funds provide a substantial infusion of resources to eligible state, local, territorial, and tribal governments to help turn the tide on the pandemic, address its economic fallout, and lay the foundation for a strong and equitable recovery. The Mental Health Clinician service/program for the Killeen Fire Department falls within the ARPA guidelines under category 1 – public health, subcategory 1.14 – other public health services and the remaining complex under category 3 public health, negative economic impact: public sector capacity subchapter 3.3. public sector workforce: other Questions will be accepted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site (https://procurement.opengov.com/login), through 'Question Submission Date , at 'Question Submission Time .
