TRANSPORT-11963 - USA (Los Angeles, California) - Taxicab Operations and Management Service - Deadline November 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide taxicab operations and management service to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. – Contractor shall be responsible for managing and supporting taxicab operations at agency.– Services shall include taxicab loading and passenger assistance, taxicab holding lot management, dispatch operations, vehicle authorization verification, transponder administration, data collection and reporting, customer service, complaint handling, quality assurance, and coordination with agency.• Operations and taxicab dispatch• Manage designated taxicab pick–up and drop–off areas• Holding lot and taxi supply management• Dispatch operations• Vehicle authorization, inspections, and compliance• Operational reporting and audits• Transponder management• Technology, analytics, and data sharing• Conflict of interest and employee eligibility and recognition(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
