(1) Vendor needs to provide co–developer partner service to the government authority located in Pompano Beach, FL. • Fund all pre–development expenses, reimbursable without interest, out of available proceeds at closing.• Obtain all equity and debt, including low–income housing tax credit (LIHTC) and bond allocation, home funds, community development block grant funds and similar state, federal and private funding.• Serve as the co–developer and manage, in coordination with agency, the design, engineering, permitting and construction processes.• Provide all financial and performance guarantees.• Share developer fee (realized and deferred) with agency(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
