(1) Vendor needs to provide interpretive design and AV displays services to the government authority located in Rochester, NY.– Project encompasses approximately 33,500 SF of animal exhibits and 32,500 SF of administrative, education, event and retail space.– Design and construction of creative content:– Habitat and Theming– Tropical Plantings– Interpretive Fabrication and AV Displays– Exhibit Media Content Development– Animal Acquisition and Transportation(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(3) A pre–bid site visit will be held on August 19, 2026.
