(1) Vendor needs to provide biomedical equipment maintenance services to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.–  Enter, track, schedule and perform preventative maintenance on each agency facility location’s medical equipment.– Perform onsite preventative maintenance, repairs and calibration services to medical equipment.– Maintain a permanent file on each piece of equipment for each facility location.– Provide a monthly preventative maintenance compliance report, submitted electronically to each facility manager.– Microsoft Word or Excel is an acceptable form. however, Microsoft Excel format is the preferred format for this report.– Respond to emergencies within twenty–four (24) hours.– Evaluate the patient information retrieval, storage and transmitting capabilities, as well as alarm capabilities for each model of medical equipment.– Provide representation on the monthly environment of care committee meetings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
