(1) Vendor needs to provide flood mitigation assistance management services to the government authority located in Beaumont, TX.– Mitigation projects property acquisition and structure demolition, structure elevation, and reconstruction.– Record keeping and financial management.– Coordinate and document the statement of voluntary participation.– Geocoding mitigation projects identified for further review.– Post–award public outreach.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 27, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
