(1) Vendor needs to provide governmental consultant services to the government authority located in New Mexico. – Full–time staff which administers its numerous programs, including the following statefunded programs and oversight responsibilities:• Special Appropriations;• Capital Outlay Appropriations;• Landlord Collaboration programs;• Linkages;• Regional Housing Authorities Act oversight;• Affordable Housing Act oversight;• New Mexico Housing Trust Fund oversight;• Weatherization Assistance Program; and• Homeless programs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
