(1) Vendor needs to provide brand and data asset management software. – software must provide the ability for users to upload their owned assets for use in pre–designed advertising templates that allow for customization under pre–approved brand guidelines.– Data Asset Management. As requested by the Agency, the Contractor shall:a. Provide Data Asset Management services that allows for the storage of agency brandassets as well as the ability for agency grant participants to upload and store theirowned assets for use in marketing.b. Allow for control of asset access that accounts for photo rights and usage rights thatmay be specific to individual users.c. Provide a billing structure that ensures adequate storage provisioning that willaccommodate the storage needs required to run robust co–branded marketingprograms from the software platform.– Software with Customizable, Brand–Approved Templates. To ensure the best experience foragency grant program participants, when requested by the Agency, the Contractor shall:a. Make available custom template creation in–platform and with the use of InDesignand Photoshop files;b. Provide a mechanism that will allow agency to assign templates to individual usersto aid in the successful administration of agency grant programs, thus limiting eachindividual user’s access to only templates that correlate with the marketing initiativesin which the user has received funding for– Ongoing Customer Service and Client Success Assistance. As requested by the Agency, theContractor shall:a. Make available guided implementation and training for the software service;b. Provide assistance in design and installation of templates, upon request;c. Make available, upon request, the integration of software with external systems ordata sources.– Hosting Model, Uptime & Resilience. As requested by the Agency, the Contractor shall:a. State hosting model (SaaS/on‑prem/hybrid), primary regions, and data residency;commit to ≥99.9% monthly uptime with defined RTO/RPO and documentedbackup/restore testing;b. Provide quarterly uptime and incident summaries to agencyc. Ensure that all quarterly uptime/incident summaries provided to agency shall includeany OCS‑reportable events and Agency actions taken, to support statewide visibilityand trend analysis.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
