(1) Vendor needs to provide healthy start clinical services to the government authority located in Louisville, KY.– Provide comprehensive behavioral health and maternal health support services for program participants.– Deliver evidence–based behavioral health interventions and certified nurse midwife services designed to improve participant well–being, increase access to care, strengthen engagement in healthy start services, and promote positive maternal and child health outcomes.– Behavioral health services.– Certified nurse midwife services.– Group education and support activities.– Participant engagement and access strategies.– Care coordination and collaboration.– Supporting continuity of care across behavioral health, maternal health, and social service systems.– Utilize outreach and retention strategies designed to reduce participant attrition.– Group education sessions focused on maternal and infant health, childbirth preparation, breastfeeding, postpartum recovery, family planning, and related topics.– Referrals and care coordination for participants requiring higher levels of behavioral health treatment or specialized services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 8,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
