(1) Vendor needs to provide student transportation services to the government authority located in St. Joseph, MO. – Provide safe, reliable, responsive, and cost–effective student transportation services.– Provide service on all days and at all times designated by the district, including calendar changes, make–up days, early dismissals, delayed starts, summer school, and emergency schedule changes.– Transport each student between the student’s assigned school or program and a district–approved stop or location. – Develop routes collaboratively using district–approved routing software and data. optimize safety, ride time, load factor, mileage, on–time performance, and eligibility.– Provide preliminary routes, stops, run sheets, rosters, maps, vehicle assignments, and driver assignments 10 days before the first day of school, and final district–approved materials 2 days before the first day of school. – Provide students and families route number, stop, pickup or drop–off times, ridership rules, and approved changes at contractor expense. – Maintain a documented complaint–management process with prompt acknowledgment, investigation, resolution, and district visibility.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2026.
