(1) Vendor needs to provide background verification services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.– Provide evaluate and verify applicants’ background prior to new employment, including promotional opportunities.– Services include, criminal, education, driving motor vehicle records, electronic I–9 form completion, E–Verify services, and military service.– These services will help the authority ensure compliance with employment regulations and protect against potential hiring issues.– Background checks must be performed within 24–48 hours upon the authority’ request, and the results for all checks must be readily available no later than 7 calendar days.– Criminal background check.– Education background.– Motor vehicle driving record.– Military service verification.– Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Integration.– Secure electronic transmission of applicant demographic data from the HRMS, including its Applicant Tracking System (ATS), to the Offerors system for the purpose of initiating background checks and E–Verify services.(2) Pre–bid mandatory meeting will be held on September 21, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
