This cooperative solicitation seeks to establish a contract for the purchase and delivery of liquid ammonium sulfate (40%) which is utilized by Pinellas County Utilities, Pinellas County Solid Waste and the City of Clearwater for the treatment of drinking water to maintain compliance with the standards and regulations set be the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This will be a twelve (12) month contract allowing for annual price adjustments based on the Producer Price Index (PPI) for Chemical Mfg.
