DRA-11027 - USA (Massachusetts) - Time Study Services for Rehabilitative Programs and Administrative Functions - Deadline August 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide time study services for rehabilitative programs and administrative functions to the government authority located in Massachusetts.– Provide guidance to agency Chan business stakeholders and subject matter experts, collect necessary information from stakeholders, and define next steps– Conduct a statistically valid quarterly time study of selected administrative staff that is consistent– Coordinate with the staff to ensure the times study participant roster is updated quarterly.– Support the implementation and operations of the effective time study process by providing training sessions and customer support to program staff, as well as compilation of time study, quality control of results, and other supporting activities considered necessary to produce accurate time study results.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
