HEALTH-10944 - USA (Conyers, Georgia) - Behavioral Health Services for Courts - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health services for courts to the government authority located in Conyers, GA. • Behavior health services including but not limited to substance abuse treatment and mental health services for court–involved consumers.• Conduct a complete Clinical assessment, Including the LS–CMI, and determine an individualized treatment plan with the assistance of the participants.• Provide group and timely notification of missed groups to all coordinators and case managers after each group session.• Provide a consistent, knowledgeable representative to attend weekly staffing and Court sessions to ensure proper information is used in imposing sanctions and incentives• Update notes in the case management software within 48 hours of completed group sessions. During groups, the Consultant will share only information related to the sessions. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 22, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
