(1) Vendor needs to provide home sales data service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Provide subscription to a dynamic real estate data and analytics database that is adept at meeting the varied needs of multiple staff engaged in housing market analysis.– Services shall include providing staff and other employees with online access to home sales data covering markets across the United States, capability of querying, saving, and sharing the home sales data among agency user accounts, unlimited downloads of the data, and providing a project manager who shall be responsible for assisting users with the database.– Data must be accessible to users on personal computers and agency–issued computers. Staff may work from home or in their assigned Regional or satellite office.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
