(1) Vendor needs to provide project health assessments, project management and strategic consulting services.1. Project management and strategic consulting services:– Project management services (i.e., project and implementation oversight, support deliverables drafting and milestone reviews, status tracking and reporting).– Lead projects to develop and implement information technology strategies and standards – Provide qualified professionals who are experienced in full project life cycle management, with excellent skills and the ability to organize, plan, manage and execute large, complex projects and lead cross–functional, multi–agency project teams.– Assist in the evaluation of project management and software development lifecycle methodologies and related tools and procure proprietary and off–the–shelf software if requested.– Subject matter expertise for people, process and technology needs.2. Application development services:– Providing expertise in developing secure, scalable, and maintainable applications using industry–standard technologies and the ability to comply with agency–specific security, privacy, accessibility, and data protection policies. – Advising on best practices that support the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment (e.g., release planning and management), and maintenance.  – Providing expertise integrating applications with enterprise systems, APIs, identity management solutions, and third–party platforms. – Assisting with design and development of cloud–based, on–premises, or hybrid solutions, including, experience with infrastructure, data migration, system modernization, and legacy application replacement initiatives.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
