(1) Vendor needs to provide facility rating software to calculate, document, and maintain Bulk Electric System (BES) asset details and thermal ratings. – A successful bid will include the software product, configuration and implementation of the product, and any necessary integrations to develop and maintain facility ratings and create Ambient Adjusted Ratings (AAR) that can be brought into the EMS.– Selected software solution will calculate, document, and maintain asset details and ratings to continue compliance with standard FAC–008 and support rollout of the FERC Order 881 Ambient Adjusted Ratings (AAR) requirements.– Provide normal, long–term emergency, and short–term emergency ratings for each facility.– Calculate ratings for all assets listed within a production and/or substation facility based on agency Methodology.– Provide reporting features that assist in tracking FAC–008 compliance and exporting data.– Include features that allow for approving changes, maintaining version history, and tracking revisions to assets and facilities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
