(1) Vendor needs to provide water supply, strategic growth, and engagement support services to the government authority located in Lafayette, CO.– Consulting firms to assist in developing the water supply element and strategic growth element of the comprehensive plan, as well as coordinating the engagement activities needed to support a broader comprehensive plan update.– These two elements will be developed concurrently with portions of the broader comprehensive plan update. – Water supply element:– Meet with staff to gather data on current supply, infrastructure, and conservation programs.– Analyze projected water demand tied to housing growth scenarios.– Strategic growth element:– Involves developing a strategic growth element to promote sustainable land use, address housing needs, and mitigate infrastructure expansion into natural or agricultural lands.– Comprehensive plan engagement:– Lead community engagement efforts for a minor update to the comprehensive plan.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
