(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial corridor initiative services to the government authority located in Dover, DE.– Program designed to revitalize commercial corridors by pairing targeted grant funding with private capital to drive visible, community–level transformation.– Supports the revitalization of commercial corridors through strategic investment in existing small businesses.– Design and administer a statewide program aligned with goals, including oversight of application intake, evaluation, and disbursement of funds.– Financial deployment and capital coordination.– Conduct targeted outreach to identify and engage eligible small businesses, with an emphasis on expanding access to businesses not currently served by traditional financing.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
