(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based student housing management solution. – Provide premise or hosted web–based, real time student housing management system that will meet the department’s current needs, adapt to changing requirements, and leverage future technologies as they become available. – System administration function must allow for the ability to configure security roles, student forms, contracts, fees, and any other criteria used in the assignment and management process.– Software must provide integration with the university’s ERP, PeopleSoft for student data and charges in addition to the university credit card payment processing system.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
