(1) Vendor needs to provide medicare and medicaid cost reporting service to the government authority located in Menomonie, WI. – Accurately translate and report the financial information appropriately. – Provide yearly medicare and medicaid cost reporting services for the agency.• Apply accounting and financial reporting expertise to assist in the presentation of the reports below:– Prepare the annual medicare cost report starting with the year 2026.– Prepare the medicaid cost reports starting with the year 2026.• In addition to the above, agency is also requesting separate pricing on additional services offered that may be utilized in the vacancy of our business office manager position that would relate to the below:– Prepare and maintain accurate financial, census, and billing reports for internal management and external regulatory or governmental entities.– Assist in preparation of the facility’s operating budget, forecast revenues and expenses, monitor variances.– Ensure financial records and operations comply with state, federal, and agency laws, including those governing long–term care, medicare, and medicaid.– Coordinate with other department heads (nursing, admissions, finance, etc.) to ensure accuracy of resident census, billing, staffing, and reimbursement.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
