(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Pecos, TX.– Usable Square Footage: : 1,120– Require only once (1) per week– Dust or damp wipe – general public areas, windowsills, low ledges, moldings, files, and other furnishings as needed.– Drinking fountain – clean and disinfect.– Doors, walls, and baseboards must be spot washed.– Clean Interior doors, exterior doors, and side glass.– Exterior Ashtrays – empty and clean.– Clean the exterior of microwave ovens in the building’s primary break area(2) A pre–bid site visit will be held on September 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
