TRANSLATION-8417 - USA (Ohio) - Interpretation Service - Deadline November 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide in–person interpretation service. – Provide effective oral language assistance to clients.– Interpreters must be competent to communicate effectively in both English and their designated foreign language.– Provide regular interpreters for the Spanish and Haitian creole language.– Interpreter may be requested to provide limited translations and proofread document translations from other entities when not actively interpreting.– Interpreter may also be asked to call clients to help set up or remind clients of their appointments.– Interpreters of the Spanish language must be assigned to provide this service.– One interpreter of the Haitian creole language must be assigned.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 22, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
