(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan services.– Comprehensive strategic plan that will guide the organization's priorities, investments, and initiatives over the next three to five years.– Plan should build upon agency recent organizational growth, rebranding efforts, Destination Marketing Accreditation Program (DMAP) accreditation, and commitment to destination stewardship– Review existing organizational documents, including the current strategic plan, annual reports, marketing and communications plans, existing research and visitor data, including resident sentiment study and economic impact reports, and organizational policies and governance document, including existing organizational succession plans– Facilitate stakeholder engagement through interviews, focus groups, workshops, surveys, or other methods, including the board of directors, staff, tourism industry partners, municipal and county leaders, and community stakeholders and residents– Assess resident sentiment regarding tourism and identify opportunities to strengthen community engagement and support for the visitor economy– Evaluate agency alignment with DMAP standards and destination management best practices.– Facilitate strategic planning sessions(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
