Vendor needs to provide grit classifier supplies to the government authority located in Branson, MO. – Work shall include to safely remove, install, mechanically align, wire, and commission two shaftless grit classifiers.– The final system must operate automatically, effectively separate grit from wastewater process streams, and discharge dried grit into designated disposal bins without leaks or excessive vibration.– Each grit classifier shall be furnished complete with inlet hopper, overflow trough and weir, shaftless transport screw, screw trough, protective covers, support legs, drive motor, gear reducer, anchor bolts, and all accessories and appurtenances specified or otherwise required for a complete and properly operating installation.– The equipment main control panel shall be installed outdoors and shall be factory–fabricated and listed for exterior installation.
