CONS-25024 - USA (Washougal, Washington) - Cape Horn Substation Upgrades Service - Deadline December 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cape horn substation upgrades service to the government authority located in Washougal, WA.• All necessary clearing, excavation, backfill, compaction, installation of base and finish course rock surfacing material, driveway access development, paving, site restoration and landscaping.• Temporary and permanent perimeter fence and gates including any necessary excavation, backfill and compaction and the installation of signs, complete.• Miscellaneous installation of the prefabricated control building to foundation slab, complete.• Testing and readiness per technical specifications.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 25, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 01, 2026.
