(1) Vendor needs to provide implement marketing campaign service • Project is to launch a marketing campaign to build brand awareness, grow the tourism industry in the agency, market the highlands region as an identifiable value–added brand, and establish benchmarks for ongoing measurement of success.• Digital awareness campaign: develop and launch a compelling, visually driven campaign that introduces paid media – develop and place geo–targeted advertising on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, google, and other appropriate digital platforms• Blog and newsletter content – develop and publish seasonal guides, itineraries, destination features, and local stories designed to improve search visibility, inspire visitation, and support trip planning. • Visual content production – capture original photography and video throughout all seven counties and develop high–quality visual assets for use across digital, social, media relations, and other campaign channels.• Key messaging development – develop a comprehensive key messaging document and digital handbook establishing a consistent framework for communicating and promoting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 14, 2026
