Consultant for EPA Brownfields Study

The City of Pueblo will launch a comprehensive Brownfields program focused equally on hazardous substances and petroleum sites. The project areas are inside the City of Pueblo city limits and have potential value to the economic development of the City. The assessment program will allow the City to determine priority sites in the Pueblo’s Y Zone (Eastside, Bessemer, and West Side). In general, the Consultant will assist City staff with all related duties to managing an EPA Brownfields Multipurpose grant including managing one or more clean-up projects, communications, Phase 1 and 2 assessments, and possibly area-wide planning projects.
