FIRE-1929 - USA (Placentia, California) - Fire Alarm Upgrade Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm upgrade services to the government authority located in Placentia, CA. • Remove the existing fire alarm system in its entirety to include devices, wiring, cabinets associated with the system, and headend. • Patch, repair, seal, and paint all surfaces and substrates affected by the work of this contract to match adjacent surfaces and as required to achieve or maintain fire rating.• Commissioning of systems.• Maintain the existing manual fire alarm operational during the execution of this work.• Perform tests, provide certifications, and related reports.• Perform demolition and disposal of all materials, surfaces, and devices to be removed incidental to the execution and installation of the work in accordance with the contract documents.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid conference/job walk will be held on September 29, 2026.
