(1) Vendor needs to provide forensic interviewing and family and victim advocacy services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania. • Agency seeking for forensic interviewing and family & victim advocacy services for law enforcement and child welfare officials investigating allegations of child sexual abuse• Forensic interview of all children alleging child abuse. interviews must be legally sound, of a neutral/fact–finding nature, and coordinated to avoid duplicative interviewing• Work collaboratively with the district attorney’s office and office of children and youth, local law enforcement, and social services representatives as a multi–disciplinary team.• Schedule and coordinate activities of the members to ensure all members are present at all meetings and interviews• Provide state of the art equipment to record all interviews and allow members to view the interviews as they take place• Provide DVDs/digital copies of all interviews• Schedule and attend regular monthly meetings• Provide referrals for medical examinations, mental health evaluations, and health care services as appropriate(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 7, 2026.
