ARPA Shockoe Retention Basin Roof Joint Repair

The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of the Project Title (SRB) project to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to site preparation, demolition and disposal of existing SRB’s roof joint material, replacement of all SRB’s roof joints, SRB’s wall and ceiling crack repairs, disposal of spalled and delaminated concrete, limited cleaning of the basin to perform repairs, site restoration, cleanup, coordination with City, all other appurtenances and related work required to complete the project and as described and shown in the contract documents. Contract Award shall be made to the responsive and responsible bidder that submits the lowest Total Unit Price Base Bid. The City reserves the right to perform all, part, or none of the work.
