(1) Vendor needs to provide polygraph services to the government authority located in Burkeville, VA.• The polygraphs shall include the following types of documentation as specified by the clinical director.• A review of the sexual history questionnaire and any changes by the resident prior to the test.• An outline of what the specific polygraph test.• A review of treatment issues, supervision issues or sexual behaviours the resident has engaged in at their current facility and prior to coming to this facility. A redacted version of a polygraph report that you have completed in the past, demonstrating that you have included this information.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 01, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
