(1) Vendor needs to provide asphalt parking lots ADA access service to the government authority located in Lawrence, KS.• This section describes general requirements to prevent or minimize the pollution ofrivers, streams, lakes, and wetlands caused by runoff from the construction zone.• All trash shall be placed in dumpsters or trash barrels provided by the Contractor andaccumulated trash shall be hauled offsite and properly disposed.• All equipment used onsite shall be free of leaks, receive regular preventativemaintenance, and be inspected daily to reduce chance of leakage• Concrete wash or rinse water from concrete mixing equipment, tools and/or ready–mixtrucks, tools, etc(2) The contract period will be for one year.
