Description
The Portland Bureau of Transportation (“PBOT”) intends to verify the depth and location of existing utilities during the design of Capital Improvement Projects by way of vacuum excavation. Vacuum excavation is the removal and replacement of all materials via coring, vacuum extraction, or similar method for the purpose of locating an underground utility and investigating underground conditions. PBOT will issue Task Orders under these Contracts (“Price Agreements”).
