Request for Proposals - Emergency and On-Call Construction

The work contemplated under the proposed Contract will include periodic construction services for emergency repairs and on-call construction services such as utility relocation work, exploratory excavations, landscape repairs, maintenance, modifications and other construction services related to the Owner's pipelines and other water system facilities. The Owner anticipates executing a one-year standing Contract under which the Contractor will provide these construction services periodically, upon request from Owner, with reimbursement on the basis of actual time and materials costs. **Only those pipeline Contractors who are currently, as of the first date of this RFP, pre-qualified with Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority for Categories 3 (48� and smaller) and 4 (unlimited size) will be allowed to receive bidding documents and submit a proposal for this project.**
